Overview

TallSeams is an affiliate product catalog. We do not require accounts, do not process payments, and do not collect personal information beyond what is described below. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

• Usage analytics — page views, traffic sources, device type, and general location (country/region) via Google Analytics. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Affiliate click events — when you click a product link, we record the product and timestamp in our own database to attribute affiliate commissions. No personal information is stored with this event.
• Affiliate network cookies — clicking a product link may cause the retailer or their affiliate network (CJ Affiliate, AWIN, Impact, Amazon Associates) to set a tracking cookie on your browser. These cookies are set by those third parties, not by TallSeams, and are governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not collect your name, email, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information.

How we use it

Analytics data is used to understand how people use the site, which categories are most popular, and where traffic comes from — so we can improve the catalog. Click tracking data is used solely to reconcile affiliate commissions with our partners. We do not use any data for advertising, do not build user profiles, and do not sell data to third parties.

The following third-party services process data on our behalf or in connection with your visit. Each has its own privacy policy:

Cookies

TallSeams itself does not set persistent login cookies or advertising cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish sessions. Affiliate networks (CJ, AWIN, Impact, Amazon) may set tracking cookies when you click a product link. You can disable or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to browse TallSeams — we have no gated features requiring cookies.

Data retention

Anonymous click events are retained indefinitely for commission reconciliation. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months for user-level data). We do not retain any personal information because we do not collect it.

Your rights

If you are a resident of California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held about you. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally nothing we hold that is tied to you by name or contact detail. If you have a concern, please reach out via the contact address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Affiliate disclosure

TallSeams earns commissions on purchases made through affiliate links on this site. This does not affect the price you pay. Our catalog is based on what we believe is genuinely useful for tall shoppers — affiliate relationships do not influence which products are included or how they are ranked.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will not make material changes without updating that date.
